About Me

From a young age, Kimberly was told that she had “healing hands”. In her late teens she sometimes used this energy to relieve people from headaches with amazing results. She did not know what kind of energy she was using, or how it was working, it just did!

It was in 2003 when Kimberly was first drawn to receiving Reiki healing, for her own health reasons.
Experiencing the incredible change this made to her, emotionally and spiritually, Reiki then became a very important part of her life.
She studied and practiced Usui Reiki over several years and was attuned as a Reiki Master / Teacher in 2005.

She has helped a range of people, from those with depression, arthritis, MS, chronic fatigue, stress, phobias, panic attacks and has also spent time working in a palliative care home giving Reiki treatments to those with severe cancer.

She now gives courses in Reiki and applies her professional and inspirational approach. Giving this gift to others is a joy to Kimberly, who is sensitive and gentle in her teaching system.

Kimberly is also a Karuna Reiki Master, she was attuned on the Holy Island, Scotland in 2006.

To support her practice she is a certified Fusion Yoga instructor, the Yoga For Slimmers Consultant of the Year and she runs “Stretch Away Stress” classes.

She also brings healing meditation and mantras into her work. Kimberly has a soothing musical voice which complements her relaxation work.

Trained in 1998 at the Royal Academy of Music in London, Kimberly developed her beautiful Soprano voice. She has recorded a classical chill out album. She has also developed other styles including jazz, pop, blues, new world, inspirational and Sanskrit healing music. Her expression and love of music is evident in her songwriting. She is currently working on a stunning new album.

In addition to her scheduled Reiki Courses and Yoga Classes and Workshops, Kimberly works privately giving Reiki and one – to – one yoga classes. She also gives inspirational and motivational talks to professional groups.
